Faulting Application Name: w3wp.exe, Exception code: 0xc00000fd

asked on February 16, 2016 Show version history

We are receiving the following error message on our Forms server. From everything I read on the Internet it suggests a problem with the application code itself and not how IIS is configured. Can anyone verify that?

What is the OS of the machine you ran into? Is it using Laserfiche Direcotory Server for user authentication? Did you ever run into it again later?

It would have been using Server 2012 R2. It was an Avante system at the time, so no LFDS. I don't recall if we ran into it again or if I came up with a resolution.

The error says the IIS version is 7.5 though, so that would make it Win 2008 R2.

That is quite possible Miruna. I am no longer at that organization, so I am not sure about the details anymore.

Thanks for the information, we just ran into similar error recently but it was using LFDS.
