Outlook drag and drop in Webaccess 10?

We have not gotten this to work in any browser nor two different versions of outlook. Has anyone successfully drag and dropped an email from outlook into webaccess 10?

Hi Ben,

Can you confirm that you installed the office plugin version 10 on the machine in which outlook is installed?

Yes, I can drag-n-drop emails into Web Access 10. I just tested to confirm, both using the new Import Profile I had built a few weeks back and without an Import Profile. Both worked fine. I've read there's an issue with Outlook 10 for this, so looked to see what Outlook version we are using: .

I've tested it using Chrome and IE-11 and I've just checked our LF add-ins:
