I have a user that has a Surface Pro 3. Whenever the user undocks her Surface Pro 3, she changes the font size from 11 to 14 within Laserfiche > Tools > Options > Browser >< Custom Font. When she imports a document, the font size changes back to 11. 

Is this related to the font size set within the control panel under Display? 

When I changed the text size to Smaller (100%) & changed the resolution of the display, it resolved this issue.
