Client error: Waiting to retrieve license information

My Repository is showing an error message (screenshoth attached), it works fine, but when I publish a folder or files, it doesn't work correctly, it asks for a password (screenshot attached).

Does anybody knows what could be wrong?

Are you running the Plus CD directly from a disk or is it saved locally?
What is the OS and Service pack of the machine where you are trying to run the published Plus repository in?

The publication is installed directly in an external machine using the running CD, let me get the OS and service pack.

Hello, the OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 bits, and the OS of the PCs trying to access the app are Windows 8 Pro 64 bits and Windows 7 Pro 64 bits, Service Pack 1 in both computers.
