Import Agent 9 issue with timestamp

asked on February 11, 2016

I was attempting to import about 200,000 PDF documents into Laserfiche.  For about 13 of these documents I got the following Import Agent Error:

The overall import took about 10.5 hours.  BUt for these 13 documents we got this message.  We were able to reprocess the documents but were wondering what could have made this occur?

There was an error executing the profile A&T Snapshot History while importing the file "\\taxmig\snapshot_history\LaserFiche\APPR\2015APPRR495869.pdf". (The time-stamp authority profile was not found.) (9468)

Hello Don,

The message "The time-stamp authority profile was not found" is reported by Laserfiche Server. Do you know the version of Laserfiche Server, and whether audit log timestamp is turned on?

Thanks

We are on LF server 9.2.1.635.   Not sure where you set the audit log timestamp.

Hi Don,

It's an optional component you need to install along with the Laserfiche Server. If you did so, you should see a tab for enabling it in the 'Audit' section of the Laserfiche Administration Console.

Hello Justin, in order to get this added on, does the client just need to re-run the server install and select modify and add it on from there?

Sounds like this feature has been hidden since 9.1 and is not available. Only remaining option is to disable it as per this post: https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/93427/The-timestamp-authority-profile-was-not-found

Hopefully that stops the Event Viewer errors.
