Currently there is an issue if a Form has the e-mail notification failing to send. I have requested that the user add another e-mail such as a service account e-mail or invoke a workflow to send the e-mail. This has become an issue because there are Forms being suspended because of this. Is there any other way to get around it or have the task be automated to run again or skipped if the e-mail fails?

Hi Cristobal,
The business process should be able to move forward even if the email notification fails to send. There might be other reasons as to why the process was suspended. I'd recommend checking the Forms Instance Monitoring first to see if there are any error logs, then take a look at the Windows Event Viewer to see if you can find additional information under Applications and Services Log > Forms.
Will do. I believe this is a similar issue that the customer had with Workflow before. The exchange server would become overwhelmed at times and the e-mail activity in the workflow would fail and would terminate the workflow all together. I'll take a look and update this thread when I do.
There are a few error logs that relate to IMAP with Laserfiche forms. We had a similar error before with workflow where the exchange server would be overwhelmed and the error was viewed in workflow. The thread is from here:

Here is one of the errors that were recorded in the event viewer:
