Hi,

Is there a way to give a read only access rights to the process diagram?

My aim is to give a 'Business Process Improvement Department' the visibility to all process, but read only status.

Hi there,

What industry is your user and what business processes do your user automate? When they view the process diagram, do they need to view the individual step dialog as well?

Hi Abby,

My Customer is in the Oil Industry, there are numerous processes being automated within the organization.

The BPI department needs to view the processes diagram in a read only state, especially after the process has been implemented and is running live.
