Question

Email Document error

asked on February 8, 2016

My coworker is getting this error: (See attachment)

When she goes to Email document/pages.

I've seen it before and a simple LF upgrade solved the issue. I upgraded her from 9.1 to 10 in hopes that it would solve it, but she's still getting the error.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Is Outlook working properly? The error indicates that there is a problem loading an Outlook component that is used to compose the email. What does it say in the "Details" dialog?

You can try repairing Outlook since it appears to be failing to create the email through the Outlook interface. If that doesn't fix the problem, please open a support case so we can debug it further.

Thanks Robert, I'll give it a repair and if it doesn't work, I'll go ahead and open a ticket.
