Forms Email Server test failing

Setting up the email server for Yahoo:

smtp.mail.yahoo.com

PORT: 465

username: xxxxxxx@yahoo.com

Pass: xxxxxxxxx

Sender's email account: same as user, xxxxxxx@yahoo.com

SSL YES

test fails but there is no event viewer reporting at all.

I've done a telnet on smtp.mail.yahoo.com 465 to verify I can communicate via the Laserfiche server and it was successful.

Any thoughts?

Did you check the event viewer under Applications and Services Logs\LFForms? The event log for Forms was moved for version 10.

They are running Forms 9.2.1 and there is no error reported from the Application and also no LFForms log generated under Applications and Services Logs.

Very odd I am not getting any kind of reporting back from it. I will attempt to just uninstall and reinstall and re-license to make sure myself if the config was setup properly.

Re-installed Forms and it looks like after re-licensing it I am seeing information like I should in the Event Viewer. I'm pretty sure whoever installed it may not have licensed properly. But it was never reporting any issues with the original license.
