Question

Workflow Event Viewer Error Event 100. Laserfiche Workflow Subscriber Timestamp off

asked on February 8, 2016

The timestamp is set in military time and reporting and error since local time is reporting in standard time.

Is there a way to set the subscriber to standard time so they both read 1:10PM for example?

If it's sporadic, then yes. The Subscriber will reconnect after losing the connection to the Laserfiche Server. If it's continuous, then either the Laserfiche Server went down or the network connection between the 2 has a problem.

Event ID means nothing. Can you post the actual message, please?

Just looks like a mismatch due to military vs standard.

The timestamp is in UTC time and invariant format. The Local time is in the machine's Windows date format. There's no mismatch, it's by design to make it easier to track an issue properly in support cases no matter what timezone the customer is in.

Should I just ignore the error spams then?  I just wanted to see if there was any way to clear error from reporting if this isn't a problem.

Reporting it about 50 times daily.  I'll take a look at their connection.  Thank you.

I wanted to take another look at this.  Their connection at the school is very stable.  But the LFWorkflow Subscriber is still reporting these.

Is there a setting in the Workflow Admin Console that can adjust the time?

No. It could also happen if the LFServer (or the SQL one behind it) is busy at that moment.

it reports once every 2 minutes.  all day every day.

Is "Fishery" the only monitored repository for this Subscriber?

Yes.  And it will be the only one.
