In Forms, when the "Reject" action button is clicked; can a message box pop up to enter why the form is rejected?  Can this be done with some css code?

In Forms, when the "Reject" action button is clicked; can a message box pop up to enter why the form is rejected? Can this be done with some CSS code?  Is this something that is planned for a future version.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is a way to do this but it requires some hefty javascript code and custom html to accomplish it. If you are up to the task, let me know and I will provide it.
