I was wondering if there is any news or thoughts given to having a time field within forms?

Obviously a participant filling out a form can simply put in a single line field (for example);

Time of Accident?   4.30AM (free text)

However I think for participant use and look of the form a drop down (or another field type) would be a great addition. I have attached an image from UK train ticket provider website thetrainline.com; which I think looks great.
