Laserfiche web access - Double click file doesn't download

Hello

When we attempt to download a pdf file from laserfiche web access doing double click, a screen of progress is generated but the file never is downloaded:

To fix it the user has to cancel the attempt and click the button "Export electronic file" to complete the task.

We have tried from IE, Firefox and Chrome and the result is the same.

Do you see the same issue from a different workstation, under a different user? Or is the issue isolated to this one user?

Hi, this happens to every users, even in the Web Access server accessing through RDP.

How big is the file?  Do you get the same behavior even with the LF Sample PDFs?

The file has 50kb and the Samples pdf have the same behavior
