Save button in the toolbar is disabled when opening a document in Laserfiche Client

Hi all,

When opening a document in Laserfiche Client and when changes are made to the template, the Save button in the toolbar is disabled. This is happening frequently on the client's workstation and the user has to close/ open LF application each time this is occurring.

Thanks to advise what could be the cause of this issue.

I have not heard of this before. Does the client show any error message when this happens? 

Please open a support case so we can get the trace files needed to track down the problem.

I was able to get a support ticket open with another party and it appears that the issue was permissions related. Thank you for responding Robert :)
