We have a client with the following use-case. They have about 700 sites where they run testing services. They use Laserfiche Forms to fill out the test form. They also have a testing software. Currently they are filling out the LF Form and then putting in a lot of the same data into the testing software. They would like to fill out the LF Form and have that push the data into the testing software right away so they can continue using the testing software. I know this can be done using Forms/Workflow pushing the data into the database but integration is not possible currently. I recall this was a feature RatchetX offered, will Connector be getting this feature as well to allow this type of automation?

Yes, the upcoming Connector 10 will allow you to push data between applications. There won't be anything specifically tied into Forms itself, but you'll be able to read from it just like anything else.

Great! In this use case the 700 users at the sites are not Laserfiche users. They use Forms Portal to initiate new forms which get filled out and sent to the corporate office where there are Laserfiche users who process the forms. Buying 700 users to get Connector 10 to get this functionality is not financially feasible. Will Connector only be licensed for all named full users or can we satisfy this use case another way with pricing/licensing?
