Error seems to occur randomly when using the Laserfiche client.
Facts:
- They do have a 1 hour session timeout cut off in the admin console but claim this can happen after a couple minutes
- The server version does match (8.3.1)
- They are using windows authentication
- They say the only way to reconnect to Laserfiche is to reboot their PC. However when I observed the issue we were able to continue using laserfiche without even closing out just by waiting a few minutes and clicking ok on the error.
Troubleshooting:
- Turned off Antivirus on the server, they are willing to try turning off at workstation as well if that is the issue.
- I dont see anything in event logs that give any hints.
- Anyone have some ideas for troubleshooting?
