Entry Name and Full Path Not Displayed in Audit Report for "Export and Print"

We're having an issue when running an Audit Trail report for the event type of "Export and Print" where the Full Path and Entry Name are not being returned in the audit report.

We have 2 LF repositories and this issue is only affecting 1 of the repositories.

We've tried numerous things, including deleting the LF Audit Database and recreating via the audit config, but problem still persists.

Any suggestions?

If its only happening with 1 repository then i would check permissions.

Have already checked all the permissions for both repositories, and all seems correct.
