Laserfiche Forms errors not displaying in Application Log since version 10 upgrade

it seems like ever since we upgraded to Laserfiche Forms 10, we are no longer seeing any logging of errors pertaining to Laserfiche Forms, or the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.  Although our test server seems to be logging these no problem, I can't find any trace of error logs anywhere on our Production server.  

Is there some sort of error level I might be able to check/modify in the registry?

The event log has been moved under Applications and Services Logs and it's called LFForms.

I’m still not able to see the error logs or find the Applications and Services Logs... can someone assist?
