Is it possible to embed a PDF without using Weblink. Is WebAcess an option? Or can I just use a PDF off my computer to do this?

I have done something similar. if you have pdf saved in your repository you could use electronic document link to show pdf file in an iframe.

link should be something like this.

http://servername/laserfiche/edoc/repositoryname/id/name.pdf

Hello Chynna,

Can you please elaborate a bit more on exactly what you are trying to achieve? What is your use scenario? or desired environment you're trying to set up?

Regards,

Andrew

I have a policy that needs to be acknowledged. I would like to have a copy of that policy embedded with the acknowledgement form. I don't have WebLink but I have WebAccess. It's a word document also. Can I have workflow to save a copy as pdf, after it has all approvals and send me an email to send out the acknowledgement form to every one. Once i have that completed, I just want to put a copy of the PDF form embedded with in form. I hope that clears it up.
