Issue with Drag & Dropping generating laserfiche pages

I have a customer that having a problem dragging and dropping generating laserfiche pages. They are running version 9.1 on server and client and tried re indexing from the server over the weekend. If they choose not to generate pages it will go through without a problem.

Hi Isong,

I've had this exact error quite a few times recently. The solutions is to disable and re-enable the Adobe PDF plug in within Internet Explorer (really strange I know).

can an you open PDFs if you copy them to the desktop?
