Weblink full text search

We are trying to create a full text search in Weblink (8.2.1.107).  Should it bind to Document Text or Any Text?  How should the constraint definition read?

"Any text" will search for document text, fields and annotations. "Document text" will search for OCRed text/electronic text stream (the text which you can see in the text pane from the LF Client).
