Web Access 10, would like to change date formats for columns like Last Modified, Date Created, etc

Just exploring Web Access 10 for the first time. I see it is not displaying dates the way I would like them to. (They have 28-01-2016 and I want 2016-01-28 on all dates in columns)

Can anyone point me in the right direction for changing these formats?
