LF10 Unable to register Laserfiche server in Web Administration console. Spinning Progress indicator

Running LF 10 with latest update. From Web Admin console when I try to register my Laserfiche Server it no longer shows up and I get a spinning progress indicator and nothing happens. If I enter my server name I get an Access Denied message and it will not accept my Admin User Name and Password. It may have started when numerous windows updates were installed.

Are you able to register it using the LF admin console?
In IIS, what account is the WebAdminAppPool using under the Process Model?
What version of .net framework is installed on the machine where you have the Web Admin console?
Are there any errors in the application log?
