With the videos, is it a requirement to use the media player that's on the DVD, or is that just provided for convenience?  I would hope it's just for convenience and you are getting these video in some standard format, otherwise you'll have to tell your users how to download this exe and the data files.  If it's a standard format, WebLink might be able to stream directly in the browser, see this question.
