Configure an audit trail report to know which user has granted permissions to folders and documents

Hi all,

Is there any possibility to provide an audit trail report to know which user has granted permissions to folders and documents? Can you please advise which events cater for this functionality?

Hi Sheila,

Yes, under Entry Event Type (see below), you can use the Change Entry Permissions to filter folders and documents with changes to entry access rights.

When the report is generated, the Login Name column will display the user who performed this action and the Security Descriptor will display the specific rights that were changed. For more information on Entry Events, please refer to this page in the help files.
