It is possible either using workflow after all the forms have been saved to the repository using multiple "Save to Repository" tasks, or you create a form that has all the information and layout that you want to save to the repository and use that form in a single "Save to Repository" task. Attachments are still saved separate in which case a workflow is still needed for these. You could use some crafty Javascript to get the attachments to load on the form as the form is rendered, but this is not really supported. Let me know if I can be of further help.

Hi Mazahir,

If you want to put all of the Forms information into a single PDF, then you can create a "template" multi-page PDF. Then, have Forms kick off a workflow that takes all your field values and puts them into the template PDF. This means you could have the PDF formatted however you want, and it won't have to follow the Forms format exactly.

The workflow would look something like this:

Let me know if this works for you!

In WF and Forms 9 this was not an "Out of the Box" option and I have not heard of this feature being added to WF and Forms 10, but you can see a workaround in the link below.

Workflow - Copy Signature into PDF
