Hello,  I would like to ask for any doc/guideline on refreshing our Test environment from Production.

Our version 9.2.  The previous system administrator is no longer around (I replaced him) and it was 3 years ago since a refresh took place on Test.

... but I'm not sure if this applies to my version (9.2).
