Workflow Web 10 Doesn't Seem to Install

I have been trying to install Workflow Web 10, but it does not seem to be installing. I start the installer and get to the point of choosing a custom install. From the menu options I only select Workflow Web. It runs through the installation and says it completes successfully, but when I refresh IIS there is no website for Workflow. Where does it install the site to?

Workflow Web needs the server, it can't be installed by itself.

So you can't install it on a different server and point the web portion to the Workflow server?
