A possible feature request: the ability to add custom columns at the 'Operational Dashboard', i understand this is do-able in 'Reports' but if at OD level it'll add more visibility and detail to the specific process being monitored.

Eg: Director looking into his finance process's, at a glance is able to see figures at the same time due dates etc.
