best practice to allow all users to access a specific form without via access rights

A client of mine has about 300+ users that needs access to a specific form.  What is the best method in order to achieve this without adding each person individually?

If the anonymous access (Forms Portal) is not an option, then I would add them all to an AD group or Laserfiche Group and add that group to the Access Rights page.

Keep in mind that you will have to assign a named license to that group!
