error message 6410

I am getting this error message when i am trying to import into Laserfiche??

Hi Lisa,

 

A few things to try.

Not sure what version of Laserfiche you are running but there was a fix for this some time ago.

I'm guessing you can open the file correctly in windows?

Are you using a *.lst file with your file import?  Can you make sure the file can be opened and that the paths in it are valid? 

Also, if that does not resolve it, there is a details button in the error message itself. Please open it and copy the contents into this thread.
