I like the new option within the Forms Tasks when you have Direct Approval enabled and the details pane open. We currently have an issue with the email part of Direct Approval working correctly, but would like to use option in the Forms interface. Is there a way to not include the information about direct approval in the email that is sent out at the User Task level, but still have the option in the interface?

Direct approval from tasks list is always supported in Forms 10 no matter email direct approval is configured or not. For a user task, you can always do direct approval from task list after "allow direct approval" is checked no matter email notification is enabled for the task or not. When email notification is enabled but email approval is not configured from configuration site, the email notification you receive won't include the information about "You can perform this task via email replying to this message..."
Right, but we still want the email to go out notifying the user they have a task, we just don't want it to say that they can approve by simply replying back with approve or deny in the email.
Thanks for your use case, we'll take it into consideration in future versions.
We are in the same boat; enhancing the feature to remove the language only from the email notification would be very helpful!
Hi,
Do we have an update on this? I am facing the same issue with Forms version 10.2.1?
Thanks!
