How to configure the dialog box for adding a reason whenever deleting a document?

Hi all,

I wish to know how to configure the dialog box for adding a reason whenever deleting a document. It has been mentioned that this can be done by using Audit Trail. Can somebody please advise how this can be achieved?

Hi Sheila,

You can reference the Administration Guide Help File for this information. You must have Advanced Audit Trail to configure reasons.

Sheila,

There are 3 Audit Trail Editions that can be purchased: Starter, Standard and Advanced. For a list of events that are included with each version you can refer to the Administration Guide Help.
