Good day,

I have taken a picture, signed it and now want to upload it to the repository.  If I understand correctly, I need to click on the Processing button in the app.  I can however not see this button.  Could someone plse assist. thanks.

Firstly, May i know where you are performing this? did you sign into the laserfiche server prior to attempt image editting/processing?

Hi Andrew,

I have tried it via die iphone mobile app, which I was logged into via our LF server.

1) Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what options you see?

2) Within the Mobile App, by going into settings > Information > Version, what is the full application version?

3) What would be the full version of the laserfiche mobile server version?

4) How exactly are you attempting to upload the image? did you firstly log into the server, click the "+" > "take Image" or a different approach?

just a note if you tap your image, it will bring the pane where you can do image editting such as cropping, signing etc. you will need to press done, after which the Processing should then show up on the bottom.
