LF 10 Mobile COnfiguration

asked on January 18, 2016 Show version history

I have the Laserfiche Ver 10. I wanted to install the Mobile application but am not able to configure it. On the connection page am not able to add a new connection. I type in the server name and repository and nothing happens when yu click the ad button. No error message is posted. In the formr version when you start typing, a list of servers and repositories displays. But for this version. Nothing happens. Is there something am missing. The server is Windows 2012 R2 Standard.

Hi Mark,

Download a ping (ping lite) app and see if you can ping the LF server. Let's get the basics covered first. smileyyes

Hi Michael,

I would advise that you download a free ping app. This will test basic connectivity between your mobile device and the Laserfiche server. You will need to know the Laserfiche server IP. If you don't get a ping response from the LF server then you will need to contact your infrastructure administrators to resolve that before you can proceed any further with troubleshooting.

Hope this helps!

Hello all,

Check whether you are viewing the page using the HTTPS protocol in the address bar; does switching to use HTTP for this page (you can manually remove the "s") resolve the issue?
