I have 2 data storage for my repository and the first one is getting to limits in terms of storing data.

my question is:

 1. how do I enable the second data storage

2. how do I know if the second data storage is enable and when will LF start to store data on the second storage

3. is there a threshold where I know I should change storage, that is, when I should change from storage 1 to storage 2.

4. is there any downtime when changing storage

5. any other information that can help me in this topic
