At the Empower 2016 conference, I had asked a question in a Web Access 10 class about what the "Exchange Web Service URL" is used for. The reason why is because the Settings page (as seen below) is confusing. It shows both SMTP settings and Exchange Server settings. Do we have to enter both or is just one sufficient? If only one is sufficient I would recommend an interface change to have the user choose one or the other and then show the settings accordingly.

Now that I'm back in the office, I see that the Web Access 9.2 installation guide describes this field as:
The E-mail Import (Outlook Address Resolution) section of the Configuration page allows you to configure Web Access to connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server's Exchange Web Services in order to facilitate extracting the e-mail address from the recipient field when importing e-mail messages.
I don't think it's changed since 9.2.
I would agree that this section of the configuration page could be more clear.
