Laserfiche import freeze

There is a client who's just importing from windows and the imports are freezing.  There are no errors reported in event viewer,   

Is there a full detailed log file that can be taken advantage of for this?

So there is a corrupted file pdf-header-signature-not-found.  6000:0x80131620

 

Error Code: 6000
Error Message: PDF header signature not found.
Unknown error. [6000:0x80131620]

Is there a way to have the setup where when an import on a file fails it will continue with the import and just output the files it errors on.

 

Much like OCR on a folder works.

A support case has been opened while we investigate this error.

I would be interested in knowing the solution to this issue as I am experiencing this same error periodically now as attempt to transfer PDF files into Laserfiche. . .
