Hi,

I have designed Laserfiche Form with some controls inside laserfiche,now i need to create a custom link button and when user clicked the link,it should populates another form in Laserfiche. for example, some user need to enter some comments & reply ,when user clicks the link it routes to another form and enter their comments and once they submit,it has to come back to original form and the normal process should continue,As i am not familiar with laserfiche forms,anyone suggest me how to achieve that?

Why not to create a section in the same form that will allow your user to add comments.

so by using a button the user can unhide the section and can fill the information

or better, create tab when using the button, the user goes to a different tab of the forms and when it press another button on the second tab, he is comming back to the first tab to complete the form

You can add a radio button on form 1 and use exclusive gateway to decide whether to go to form 2 based on the selection of the radio button as following: if user select Yes for the radio button, it will route to the form 2 and after user enter the comment and submit the form 2, then it will go back to form 1 and user select No for the radio button this time and submit form 1, it will go to next step of the process. If you are using Forms 10, you can check "Automatically load the next task if the same person is assigned to it " for the form1 and form2 user task so that the form in next task will be automatically loaded after submit.
