SQL populated fields disappear in web access10

I'm having an issue  with dynamic fields that are populated from an SQL lookup disappearing.

The client name is a dynamic field, it appears on our CRM form like this :-

As soon as i move the mouse near the metadata the "client name" disappears.

like this:- 

I have updated all Laserfiche components to Laserfiche 10 and updated Laserfiche server to version 10.0.0 build 994.

FormsAppPool, WebAccessAppPool, WebAdminAppPool identities are set to domain admin

Hi Ian, 

I believe this should be addressed in Laserfiche 10 Update 1. Please make sure you've installed that package on your Web Access server in addition to just the Laserfiche repository server. https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013726

Yep already installed the update to our repository and web access, but i assume that as web access server has no entry in Services that it will mean a server reboot or is there somewhere i can restart web access ?

Hi Ian,

The easiest way is the reset the 'world wide web publishing service'.

I have changed the field type from text to list and now it works , how about that.
