Bug: Operational Dashboards Not Scrollable

When I browse to an Operational Dashboard from My Reports using Edge, Chrome, or Firefox and the User Task Distribution table goes off the screen, I am not able to scroll the page to see more. Is this a bug?

If I go to it from the Processes tab, it allows me to scroll correctly.

This issue is fixed in Forms 10.1

Yes, it is an bug. We will fix it in next version.

Hi Blake, you can apply following fix for this issue:

Go to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\Views\Home and edit MyReports.cshtml, look for the string

<div id="mainPane" class="scrollable">

change it to

<div id="mainPane" class="scrollable" style="height:100%">

restart IIS and refresh the browser, then the vertical scrollbar will appear.

This has been fixed in Forms 10.0 update 2, you can download the update from https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/kbarticle.aspx?articleid=1013773
