User group Attributes tab not visible after upgrade to 9.2.1

Dear Support

 

We are not able to view the Attributes tab in the User Group after upgrade from 8.3.2 to 9.2.1. Please let us know how can we enable viewing and editing the Group properties. However, when we query the properties, we are able to see the properties of attributes from Workflow activity.

Hence, the data is available in the Database, however it is not able to show in the Laserfiche Admin UI.

Hence we will not be able to use the User group Attribute feature in the Laserfiche in the new version. sad

Hi Kirrubananthan,

 

The attributes tab was there on the group level unintentionally. You cannot assign attributes by group (as nice as that would be) only by individual user.

 

This is an intentional change.

Dear Chris,

 

The Laserfiche Guide still have the Group Attributes information. If Group attributes removed from the application, it could have been added in the Changes in Laserfiche 9.2.

 

Is there any place I can see this change has been officially published?

We are using Group level attributes for workflow, and requires frequent modification based on the requirements.

Is it possible enable the Attribute tab in the Admin UI?
