A rather open question regarding clients accessing their forms through our company website using a login page.

Does Laserfiche provide a service which enables our clients to login or access our Forms through our company website and other information (see attached) they would see using the mobile app or desktop access??

Simply put - I want each client to have a individual unique Login and Password, which will take them to a list of all our Forms that can be filled out from our website.

Is the above service I am describing Web Access, Web Link or Form Portal? My knowledge of these services is rather limited.

Apologies if my questions is at all vague - I will try and expand once I have done more reading but at this stage any information or advice is greatly appreciated.

You can obtain Forms Portal to allow anonymous user to submit forms without logging in. From there, you can create a landing page and link all of your available forms for users to fill out. You can then use the embedded code from the publish tab to apply it to your company's website:

Hi Tommy,

I think what I am asking for is beyond what you have kindly described and shown - I think the services I require are perhaps a issue best dealt with someone from Laserfiche, as I believe what I want is possible but not currently offered.

I have attached two very simplistic diagrams of what I would like from Laserfiche.

The first image shows a page from our website with a very basic login entry for our clients to get into, from there they arrive at the second page where they can complete their Forms, go into their repository to view their history and lastly simply read some 'read-only' documents (like instructions or newsletters).

It is my belief that this is not impossible to do, I believe Web link, Web Access and Form Portal almost offer a similar service.

Help and advice on the matter above is appreciated.

You could easily make a site like you have in your screenshots. But since you haven't described any interaction with any Laserfiche products, it's unclear what help you need from us. For instance, do you want to integrate the authentication you set up for this site with WebLink, Web Access, or Forms? That's probably not impossible, but the difficulty depends on what kind of a user directory you imagine using on your site. If that's the direction you're thinking, here are some related threads.
