Value cannot be null. Parameter name: type Basic or Standard Laserfiche Scanning

Hi, 

 

I have setup twain scanning for a client to scan directly into Laserfiche. I have set rights for the templates and folders. I am getting an error after i have filled in the information on the template and wanting to save. The error is "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: type"

Please make sure you have applied all the Windows updates on the machine and are on the latest Windows service pack for the OS.

Once you have done that, uninstall the LF client and scanning, delete the client installation folder and reinstall the client.  Also, based on you screenshot, you don't have the latest version of 9.2.0.  Please apply https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013588 after you reinstall.
