Is it possible to automatically send a different form to a task participant in Forms based on their answer to the starting form?

I am trying to build a purchasing procedure in Forms and want to send specific forms to the submitter based on which payment type they used. Is this possible?

You can do it like this in the Process Modeler:

Create two User Tasks and connect them to the Start activity. Assign both tasks to the initiator, and then pick the appropriate form for each user task. Then double-click the arrows connecting the Start activity to the User Tasks and configure the conditionals in the "Sequence Flow" dialog box. There's various conditions you can configure, including ones based on Field Variables.
