There is a single user in workflow for a route to folder activity that is not populating the information that is stored within AD e.g. e-mail. It is working for all other users with the exception of one. We have removed the activity and replaced it and have filled out the information manually. The issue is that after a few weeks the information for the activity/user is removed in the workflow and must be repopulated once again. I was wondering if anyone has ran into this issue.
