I am getting access denied when I try to move a document into another document.  I also noticed today that the "metadata" section is different looking since last week (before holiday)  It's blue, I can't update or change say a document type.  Please see below.  I have admin rights.  That's all okay as far as access.  What is happening?

Okay and I just noticed that.  My "confidential" file is fine.  The "metadata" window is white and I can edit.    This RM folder is tagged when I mark the documents confidential/medical.

It is the "Inactive Personnel Folder" RM folder that the "metadata" section is blue and I can't edit. 

I keep adding to this post.  I noticed that the "metadata" section is blue can't edit in the year 2008 term personnel folder.  I just moved a folder to 2007 and the metadata fields are "white" and I can edit.  I have a workflow for terminated employee folders.
