We have a user that is getting the following error and cannot get into Laserfiche:

Nothing has changed on our server and no other users are having this issue.

I had this issue and also had the error:

LDAP server profile not found. [9356].

Turns out users were added and tried to authenticate as:

username@domain.tld

But the Server Profile I configured in LFDS had a friendly name called

Domain LDAP

As it turns out:

username@Domain LDAP

works. But the more obvious solution was to rename the profile in LFDS to:

domain.tld

Users can now authenticate as expected using:

username@domain.tld

The most likely cause is that the user has mis-typed the LDAP profile name, so even if you've checked that twice already it's worth checking another time.  Have you tried using another user's credentials on that client?  If it seems like the user's credentials are valid on one client and not another, it suggests that they aren't connecting to the same server and repository.  Is it possible that one client is pointing at a production server and another at a test server?  You can use the attach button to be sure you're communicating with the correct server.

I'm getting this error as well, but our system is set up with single sign-in so a mis-typed profile isn't possible. Anyone else have suggestions?

EDIT: nevermind, was pointing to webaccess instead of weblink!
