Question

Forms participant user migration utility

asked on January 4, 2016

I saw the article today about being able to change to Directory Server Authentication when you upgrade to Forms 10 from 9. I made the changes, I noticed that no migration utility opened how the KB described. Everyone can log in just fine but no one can submit or continue any tasks if there were an existing user. When filling out a new form it throws an error "Invalid form data was sent" and if you are trying to open a task it just reopens your task list.

Has anyone ran into this? Or does anyone know how to run the migration utility manually?

Hi Eddie,

If the migration utility still has not worked, I would suggest opening a support case. You can do so by clicking here, or by visiting the VAR Portal and clicking "New Support Case Submission" under the "Technical Support" section. Provide as complete a description as possible, including the problem itself, any error codes or messages, and the steps necessary to reproduce the problem. See the General Technical Support Checklist for more information.

Thank you, sorry I forgot about this post. I was able to resolve this, it was due to not being able to change to SSO.
