This new issue you're mentioning wouldn't have anything to do with the licensing error in your OP. I'd recommend starting another thread or perhaps opening a support case if you need assistance troubleshooting the matter.

For the licensing issue, was that from Quick Fields Agent running on the "LF Server" computer? I'd like to clear up any confusion there may be since you're now saying that Quick Fields Agent on the "QF Server" computer runs fine. Perhaps the Quick Fields license on the "LF Server" computer didn't have the Quick Fields Agent feature.

The issue with the entry locking error seen in Quick Fields was actually a bug in the Laserfiche Server that's been fixed with Laserfiche Server 9.1.1 SP2 (KB 1013574)

Are you able to open Quick Fields on that same computer and successfully run that session manually?

Are your ActivationKey and license files in C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quick Fields\Licenses

Yes I can run the session on the QF server just fine.

I verified the License generated from the Rio Directory Server is valid.  The hardware fingerprint has not changed.

There was an Agent on the LF Server running the session,  and also an Agent on the QF server running the Session.  Does the Agent need to be on the server level with local host in order to communicate?

On the computer with the Quick Fields Agent installation having the licensing error, open the Quick Fields license file in an XML reader and confirm that it has the Quick Fields Agent feature listed in there.

Quick Fields store the license in a different location other than the specified folder in Program Files\Laserfiche\Quick Fields 9?

There is no lf.licx file located there like there is in server, client, etc.

But it is also odd that I'm not getting a total not licensed error.  Agent was installed as well on the LF Server.  I believe there was a communication issue where two Agents were trying to run the same session.

I've disabled the LF Server session and removed it.  Rebuild the session on the QF Server.   But I am now getting an Entry lock not found error on the session run.

The Quick Fields license is located in C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quick Fields\Licenses. Confirm which Quick Fields instance(s) are actually licensed for Quick Fields Agent and then make sure it's installed on the appropriate computers.

Agent is located as a <Feature> in the license file.   The session is running every 10 minutes and this time it ran with no entry lock not found error and ran successfully...

Well next session entry lock not found error came back.   Seems like it only runs so often because of this error.

Yeah,  once I stopped the session running on the LF server,  there error no longer reported.

It was definitely a communication issue with two agents running on the session.  The error to my knowledge was actually reporting due to the LF server agent running, but because that one contains no license,  would report the error.  As the true licensed one was on the QF server.

Thank you I will open a ticket for the other error it is reporting from the LF Server.
